8/15/08 Summer Fun
I LOVE Summer!! BRAND NEW Beach Pictures Here! I've been going to the beach as much as I can, wearing my new bikinis, and swimming in the ocean. The ocean is sooo warm right now!! And I wanted to post this link to my friend Howard Kirk's website, he is a Fantastic, super talented painter. He's also an awesome surfer, and paints the most gorgeous pictures of waves ever. Check it out! And have a sunny, gorgeous weekend!

8/1/08 Happy August!!
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Hawaii Pictures Here! Whew, the summer is racing by at break neck speed. I've been sooo busy selling bikinis! Which is silly, because I need to be spending more time wearing them at the beach instead of just selling them. Ha! I've been in Fruit Heaven, in fact, this has been the Fruitiest Summer I've ever had. I discovered a fantastic Persian market which has amazing produce at really cheap prices. Everything I buy there is magnificent! Nectarines, apricots, fresh figs, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, pineapples, lychees, mangos, and on and on. Gorgeous veggies too!

I've gone to some really fun potlucks, parties, and drum circles lately. And I have a friend who grows exotic tropical fruit and he has the best passion fruit, fresh figs and white sapotes! Wow! I looove sapotes. This was the first time I've ever had them. So sweet!! Anyway, I hope you are all having the Best Summer Ever!

7/3/08 Happy 4th of July!!
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Funny Video "Go Naked Or Wear Fur?" Here! This is the video I got to film with the fabulous & amazing Mona & Jed Gillen, vegan film makers of Liv Films. All their videos are outrageously Funny! They are Super Talented!! I've been wildly busy selling bikinis, and making lots of yummy raw recipes to share with my friends at all the summer potlucks, beach picnics & parties. Oooh, all the berries are ripe right now, and I'm in Fruit Heaven!! Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberrries. Plus apricots, peaches, mangos, pineapples, nectarines, cherries, lychees, and Fresh Black Figs!! Figs are my favorite! And I found my beloved Hawaiian Sun frozen coconut milk. It's pure esctasy!

I've been juicing & drinking 8oz. of wheatgrass juice every single day, so I could turn green at any moment!! My automatic sprouter that I bought didn't work, so I'm investigating other methods of growing my sunflower & buckwheat greens and wheatgrass. I'm currently growing them in the oven! With real dirt, in plastic trays. This will work splendidly, until my roommate opens the oven door. Ha!! I'm just going to let them sprout up and then transfer them outside so they'll have sun. Everyone have a Fun & Fantastic 4th of July!! And please keep your Pets Indoors because of the fireworks. A lot of pets run away on the 4th because they are scared of the fireworks. Keep your pets safe!

6/17/08 Summer Solstice Saturday
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Funny Video "Golden Booty" Here! And New Hawaii Sunset Bikini pictures HERE! Last weekend I got to film a video with the super talented and very funny Mona & Jed Gillen, vegan film makers of Liv Films. The video I'm in will be up soon, but be sure to watch all their videos on their site! There videos are hilarious, and wildly popular. Mona & Jed have a huge fan base, and soon you'll know why!

I also just had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer Mattox and Doug Clemons of Faerie Films. They are both raw vegan and have a new film out called "All Jacked Up", which is a mind blowing look at how the fast food industry is making our children and teenagers unhealthy, and making billions of dollars doing it! It's an incredibly powerful movie, aimed at younger audiences (who have short attention spans!), filled with cool animation and special effects, starring regular teenagers every kid can relate to. Please buy it, watch it, and tell your friends. If you have kids that are hooked on junk food or friends with kids that are, they need to see this movie!
Well, it's 98F here right now, and I need to get to the beach. Whew! Have a wonderful week everyone and enjoy the magical Summer Solstice this Saturday. Full moon tomorrow night & Parties galore this weekend! Yippee!! Please be kind to all animals & bugs...

6/5/08 Coasting Down the California Coast
Hi everybody! New beach pictures HERE! I had family in town recently, and we had a super time driving up and down the California coast. We went up through San Pedro and Palas Verdes to Redondo Beach and had a picnic, walked around Laguna Beach, went to the Marina in Dana Point, shopped in downtown San Cemente, walked the pier in Huntington Beach, and went to Zephyr's, my favorite vegan restaurant in Long Beach, and also saw the new Indiana Jones movie. I've had a *huge* crush on Harrison Ford since 2nd grade. Harrison, I Love You!!! Hopefully he'll read this. If you know him, please tell him right away, because I hear he's all set to marry Calista instead. And he should marry me!!

Anyway, it's been gorgeous sunny balmy weather here lately, and we had the best time Ever, driving around, stopping at fun places, going in exciting stores, buying yummy fruit & treats. Really, I think it's my favorite thing to do!! I wish I could do that everyday. I've also been very busy (ok, obsessed) with making all kinds of raw vegan recipes. I got on a sprouted buckwheat kick, and haven't stopped. I've made so many different kinds of buckwheat crackers & pizza crust! Plus I found a Persian store that had purple basil. Purple! I'm using it in crackers, pesto, and a curry sauce I made today that I haven't been able to stop eating.

Anyway, I'm waaay behind on putting up all my Hawaii pictures, plus my friend still has a bunch on his camera, so lots more of those coming. And a new video will be up soon too!! Please be kind to all people, animals, and bugs. And if you see a bee walking along the ground, give it a little honey. They run out of energy and need sugar. On my walks, I always carry a small container of honey, and I usually rescue 3-4 bees every day. Have a fantastic week everybody!!!

5/15/08 Desperate Duckling Day
Spring time is my favorite season. Flowers are budding and Baby animals are hopping, swimming, and flying all over the place! Have you seen any ducks or ducklings swimming in any pools near you? Mother & father ducks love having their babies near swimming pools, especially in cities or areas where lakes are scarce. This is dangerous, because little ducklings get into these swimming pools with their mama duck, and then can't get back out again. Baby ducks don't have any oil on their feathers yet, and can only be in the water for a few moments before they get hypothermia! Ducklings need to be kept very warm all the time. Plus they will slowly starve, paddling around in the water, getting colder & colder, and more and more tired. Did you know that ducks Mate For Life? Here is a terrific site all about Baby Ducks & Swimming Pools.

I am having a very, very Sad, very VERY Bad day today because we had 4 tiny adorable fluffy ducklings paddling around in the pool in our complex with their mother two days ago. Some nice neighbor had actually put pool chairs in the water for them to climb out onto, but then someone else took them out again. Yesterday afternoon there were only 2 ducklings in the pool. This morning I discovered 1 dead duckling floating in the swimming pool, and 1 soaked, panic stricken duckling swimming in the hot tub. His mother was nowhere. I learned he had been stuck in that hot water all night. I felt soooo awful. That water is way too hot for a little baby duck! I waded into the hot tub wearing all my clothes, and he swam about 90 mph underwater trying to escape. I captured him, took him home, rinsed him off, and made him very comfy in warm towels. But he died soon after.

It's really sad, because this must happen every spring, in pools all over the place, yet I didn't know ducklings would get hypothermia after a short time in water. Did you know that? And I didn't even realize baby ducklings wouldn't be able to get back out of a pool once they were in. So please, **Please** share these quick Baby Duck Facts with everyone you know, because Right This Minute, there's a lot of precious baby ducklings paddling around in swimming pools, unable to get out. All they need is something to climb out on, with good traction for their slippery little webbed feet. Because trust me, there's nothing sadder than holding a fuzzy limp dead duckling in your hand that you know you could have saved.

5/12/08 Hot Pink Hawaii
Hi everybody! I just got back from 3 weeks in Hawaii a few days ago. BRAND NEW Hawaii Bikini Pictures! I had an amazing time there, it was non stop parties, hiking, potlucks, bonfires, dancing, swimming, and going to the beach. Whew! Now I am completely spoiled, and want fun activities all day, all night, everyday. Ha! I have a big group of really special friends there, who are living a spectacular life. It's mind blowing to be able to snorkel, hike, go to a farmer's market, go to a potluck, party, and beach bonfire, and then go out dancing afterwards, all in a single day. Sigh, I miss it! I lost 7 lbs, because I was having so much fun, I forgot to eat! It's not only that the islands are gorgeous and magical, the stars shine like diamonds at night, the air smells like tropical flowers, the people are very friendly, there's tons of outdoor activites to do, and lots of fresh fruit & veggies...it's my fabulous, fantastic, fun friends there that really make Hawaii wonderful for me. Too bad it's super duper expensive to live there, (with very, very high food prices..think double what you pay at the grocery store). You have to pay for all that beauty! Ha!

It seemed hotter to me this time, especially for April/May, and really humid too. Several of my friends say it gets hotter there every spring & summer, thanks to global warming. And there's a lot more development going on, just since I was there last August, and that's sad. So many hotels, condos and time shares going up. Over building will destroy the lush green beauty of the islands, and I worry that sometime in the near future it will become a tropical version of S. Cal., crawling with people and traffic. Yikes! Already, many special waterfalls, swimming holes, and beautiful places that my friends who grew up there used to go to, are now hidden behind fences, gates, and No Trespassing signs, on private property.

This past sunny weekend, back in S. Cal., I went on a massive Fruit, Produce, and LaraBar shopping trip, stocking up, buying enough for an entire zoo, and my friend & I went on a big motorcycle ride down to Dana Point, and then up into the hills of Laguna Beach, zooming around. So fun!!

It's a terrible, shocking tragedy, what has happened in Burma, and my heart & prayers go out to all the victims and their families, the same with the huge earthquake in China. So many huge natural disasters, it's so scary what is happening all over the world. Send your love to these people. I will put up more Hawaii pictures soon, so please check back. Have a lovely week everybody, and please take time to appreciate what you have & all the people (and pets!) that love you. Please be kind to all animals and bugs too!

4/14/08 Las Vegas Vacation
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Vegas Pictures! I had such a super time in Las Vegas. I went with a group of friends to a Bikini/Lingerie tradeshow for my bikini business. It was my first time in Vegas! And I only brought $100 for food & spending money, so I didn't do anything wild or extravagant. Vegas is really expensive, I was surprised. Most food buffets are all around $20, and the cover charge to get into most of the clubs is $30. They run $20 - $50, so you don't really club hop in Vegas, unless you're made of money! I don't gamble or drink, but I had tons of fun running through the casinos, and seeing all the sights.

We got some yummy dessert at a raw restaurant called Go Raw, and hiked around Red Rock, which is beautiful. Vegas is a very exciting place, and you often see showgirls and dancers in full make-up, with false eyelashes, dressed up in high heels and tiny little outfits at the grocery store. Ha! So it's nice to know you can glam yourself up any time of the day or night, and wear your craziest outift, and no one will think anything of it. I love it! You have to walk a lot, up and down the strip, and by 2 am or 3 am, you see all the girls in their short glittery dresses going barefoot down the sidewalk, holding their high heels. Ouch! I was barefoot too. I actually lost 5 lbs in Vegas, because the Strip itself is not very raw vegan friendly, and it was a few days before I could load up on mangos, fruit & salad stuff at the grocery store.

Well, back here in S. Cal. it was 94F yesterday! Whoo, that's warm. I love spring here, the air smells like flowers. Lovely! My friend and I went on a very hot motorcycle ride through the mountains. It was so pretty, the hills are still green here from all the rain we had. I've been in the kitchen making huge rainbow fruit salads and crunchy veggie salads, and stacks of veggie flax crackers.
I'm off on another adventure, to a very sunny, fruity, dance friendly place for a couple weeks. I'll have the rest of these Vegas pictures plus a whole bunch of new ones up when I get back. Have a wonderful week everyone!

4/3/08 Springing & Winging
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Bikini Beach Pictures! I'll be traveling most of this month, going to a few different places, and I am in a wild flurry of packing, trying to decide which 50 bikinis to bring. Ha! I'm also making tons of raw flax crackers and treats, enough to feed an army. Whew! I'll take lots of pictures to post later. Last weekend I went to a Fairy Party, where all the women dressed as fairies. It was very fun! I wore giant white wings. After the party, I went to a delicious vegan rawfood potluck, where everyone brought the yummiest creations. Tomorrow night I'm going to a new moon drum circle, which should be very fun. Dancing! Yay!! Dancing is my favorite thing to do.
Those heartless, evil, terrible Canadian Seal Hunters are at it again, killing innocent, fuzzy little baby seals in springtime. Please, please help Save Baby Seals! Have a wondrous week, everyone, and please be kind to all animals and bugs!

3/20/08 Fields of Flowers
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Flower Meadow Pictures! Yay! Spring has Sprung! I've been taking lots of cloud & palm tree pictures, as you can see if you click on these pictures, and there is also a beautiful pair of duck sweethearts who have taken up residence by the pool up the street. I've been making lots of raw recipes, and made a batch of coconut vanilla bars and chocolate orange bars to give as Easter gifts. I will update my Raw Food Journal soon with all my kitchen adventures. It's been so beautiful here lately, and flowers are in full bloom everywhere!! This gorgeous field in this picture is enormous, and developers are just waiting to turn it into a big parking lot with a pizza place, a tanning salon, manicure salon, and a grocery store. Sooo sad! It is a breath taking meadow, alive with flowers right now, much beloved by the local deer, bunnies, and coyotes, plus all the nature lovers & hikers around. The sunset views from this field are Spectacular!
Anyway, I guess we all have to enjoy all the yet-untouched natural places as much as we can while they still exist, because we never know when they'll be paved over in the name of progress, growth, and expansion. Yikes!!
Have a Very *Happy Easter* everyone!! And please, please do not give bunnies, chicks or ducks as Easter gifts. As soon as these "gifts" grow, they are usually abandoned. So many poor little domestic Easter bunny pets are left in the wild. Have a beautiful day, and enjoy spring in its first bloom!

3/11/08 Blue Skies Forever
Hello and Happy Tuesday everybody! It's been in the 80's for days now. It's so sunny & gorgeous! It totally feels like summer. I've been going for big sunset walks every single day. Over the weekend I went to the beach, and have BRAND NEW BEACH Pictures! I'm wearing some of the new lingerie-style bikinis I've just started selling in my bikini store. I wasn't crazy about them at first, but I now I love them! I bought my usual enormous amount of fresh produce over the weekend, and I also got my very favorite champagne mangos! Yay!! I am so in love with them. I've been making big fruit salads and also crunchy veggie salads. My herbs outside and my wheatgrass have been doing really well lately. Brutus the wild cat is still crazy, but is calming down a little. Have a wonderful week everyone, and please be kind to all animals and bugs!

3/2/08 Cat Craziness
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW Meadow & Bikini Pictures Here! Whew, Last week was pretty crazy. It was gorgeous, sunny & balmy, which was really nice, and I took a bunch of really pretty hikes at sunset. I picked wild fennel for my salad dressing in the hills and watched the sun set, peachy pink, over a huge green meadow. It's been raining a lot here, so all the hills and fields are bright green! It's so beautiful. So nice for the animals too, especially after the awful wildfires, now they have all this luscious grass and wild greens to eat. But, on a very sad note, I was driving to the store at twilight last week, and I saw a beautiful doe that had just been hit on the side of the road, and it made me so sad. She was just lovely, with huge eyes and ears and long eyelashes. Her tummy was very soft and full, from eating all those delicious greens, and somehow that made me much sadder. She must have been so happy, eating and having a wonderful day. Sorry for the depressing story! But I sure wish the maniacs around here would Slow Down, it's just tragic that so many wild creatures are killed by brainless speeding drivers. It's not fair, that these speeders can suddenly end a beautiful animal's life, just because they're driving way to fast and not paying attention.

But onto the Cat Craziness! There's a stray/feral tomcat that has been coming around for about a year, Brutus, and he has gotten very friendly, since I feed him. Last week, he showed up limping, with a bleeding paw that looked terrible. It looked like he had sliced it really deep on a piece of glass. This injury would have crippled him for life, and probably gotten him killed by coyotes, if left untreated. So my friend and I rushed him to the vet, and about a million dollars later, Brutus has a newly healed paw, is now neutered, and is running around the house howling & yowling. He's being a very good boy, though, and is getting more lovey dovey and affectionate by the day. There are sooo many stray cats in my neighborhood, and a lot of them get eaten by coyotes. I think people either move away and just leave their cat, or come here and dump a cat they no longer want. Please everybody, spay & neuter your pets! There are way too many adorable, healthy unwanted cats & dogs that are put to sleep every second. Oh dear, this hasn't been a very happy journal entry, has it? Just think Green Meadows, and Spring Time, and St. Patrick's Day!! And please help animals, because they can't help themselves. Have a gorgeous week everyone!

2/19/08 Blissful At The Beach
I hope you all had a beautiful & very fun Valentines Day! It was a little colder this weekend, but I ran around on the beach anyway. Yay!! It was very fun. I've been busy in the kitchen, and you can read about my newest raw recipes & see photos in my Raw Food Journal. Have a wonderful week everybody, and be kind to all animals & bugs!

2/11/08 Sunsets & Summer Weather
Wow, Finally, this weekend was super warm, balmy and soooo summery!! Yay!!! It was gorgeous. I ran around on the beach, watched the sunset, and of course, bought way too much fruit at 2 different stores. Oooh, they had the biggest blueberries at the store! I made a bunch of raw recipes last week like pizza bites, pesto pasta, chocolate orange bars, and had a very bad, and way too potent frozen durian experience. You can read more about these adventures in my Raw Food Journal. Are you all ready for Valentines Day? It is my Favorite holiday!! Because it's all about pink, red, hearts, love, chocolate and flowers. It's the one day a year I can wear hot pink & red together without anyone calling the Fashion Police. Anyway, I hope you all have a beautiful Valentines Day!! Please Be a Sweetheart and help Save Wolves from Aerial Gunning. These beautiful animals are endangered and need Our Help!

1/29/08 Delightul Durian Desires & Fruity Fantasies
Hi everybody! It's been so windy, tempestuous, blustery and cold here lately, with pouring torrential continuous downpours! Big puffy clouds blowing across the sky, and howling winds. The rain is good though, especially after all the terrible wildfires. It is getting so green everywhere! This last weekend on Sat., which was actually very sunny for most of the day, my friend and I went to a really fun Raw Food Festival in Huntington Beach. There were all kinds of pretty things to buy, and several local food vendors had set up, offering raw vegan treats! Ursula was there, from Good Mood Food and we bought her Veggie Lasagne. Wow!! It was soooo good!! I can't wait to go to her restaurant now. And I also bought several macaroons from Terra Bella, and I just Love the carob/cacao ones. We got to meet Ito, the amazing chef from Au Lac, the raw vegan restaurant in Fountain Valley. He makes the most delicious raw meals, so creative, and combines all these fabulous flavors. Oooh, I have to go there soon too!!
Anyway, after that, my friend and I trotted over to a huge Asian superstore and I bought tons of frozen coconut milk, frozen durian, and jackfruit too. If you ever find yourself craving attention, put on an outfit of bright hot pink & orange and stand beside the durian display in your local Asian market, hoisting each durian aloft as you determine which to buy. I had everyone in the entire produce department (and it was crammed full of people) staring at me. Ha!! Finally someone pointed at a durian and I bought that one. It's funny, because even in these Asian stores, durians aren't very popular!

The weekend before last, which was very sunny, I went up to the high desert in Apple Valley on one day, and then met friends in Long Beach the next. I've never spent much time in Long Beach, and we walked around the Arts district, which is right in downtown, just a few blocks from the ocean, near the Queen Mary and the aquarium. It's loaded with cafes, museums, restaurants, cute stores, and neat old brick buildings. Very urban and artsy, in a laid back way. In other words, the yuppies haven't discovered it yet, so it's still cool, and has a lot of character. We went to a *Fantastic* vegan restaurant, Zephyr. Wow!! We ordered the raw vegan pesto & the Vietnamese spring rolls, and they were sooooo Good!!! Big generous portions and very inexpensive. I considered moving into one of the lofts across the street just so I could eat there everyday. Afterwards, we went to the Belmont Shores Pier, which is so pretty!! A nice big stretch of sandy beach with gorgeous condos and fun restaurants.
Of course my kitchen overflows with fresh produce right now, and I made a fresh raw vegan coconut cake, raw pizza, and cracked open that durian. My bikini business has been super busy, and I'm hoping to be even busier for Valentines Day. You can read (and see!) more of my Fruity Fantasies in my Raw Food Journal.

1/17/08 Buoyant from Blackberries, Blueberries, and Books
BRAND NEW Funny Video Logical Panties HERE! And Brand NEW Beach Pictures of me and my beautiful friend Talia! We went to Terra Bella, a fantastic raw food restaurant, for lunch in Redondo Beach last weekend. Yum!! Amazing food, luscious smoothies! We bought several slices of raw cake (chocolate and also a creamy lemon) and ate them on the beach, after we had tired ourselves out from running around in the surf and taking pictures. Oooh, it was So decadent, eating that cake on the beach! The sun sparkled & glittered off the waves and it was a perfect, magical day. The day before that, Saturday, my friend and I went on a sunny, pretty motorcycle ride through Newport Beach and beyond, and I got to go to a fantastic book store. They had shelves & shelves of used books for only $1 each. I bought way too many, and it was very hard stuffing them all into a backpack and our clothing for the ride home. Ha! I've been buying lots of books lately, used books online, and at different thrift stores, and now have magnificent teetering piles of them stacked in my room. Reading is such a guilty pleasure for me, because I always think I should be doing something more constructive. And I've been soooo busy selling bikinis lately, that I haven't have much time to read all my wonderful books. I stare at them and try to decide which to read next. Heavenly!
I also got to stock up on fresh big fat plump sweet blueberries and blackberries this week too. Yum!! Plus pineapples, pears, and papayas, and of course my many bags of cilantro & parsley, and my beloved broccoli sprouts. Have a delicious week everybody, and please be kind to all People, Animals, and Bugs!!

1/11/08 Fruit Fantasies and Wheatgrass Rocket Fuel
Hi everybody! NEW Hawaii PICTURES HERE! It's been rainy & cold here lately. My naughty little newly planted herbs are not happy about it! In fact, there have been 3 herbal casualties recently: the basil, dill, and oregano. I am so annoyed with them! I gave them such a good start in life. I hope the rest of them will stop pouting and Perk Up. I really want to have a nice herb garden! In happier news, I am quite titillated because I got a tons of fresh blueberries, bing cherries, and really sweet blackberries at Costco last weekend. Cherries in winter! How delightful and fantastical. I also got 2 totally cute pink striped UV blocking beach umbrellas so I can go to the beach all I want and stay white as a ghost! Instead of red like a lobster. (Those are my 2 colors, I don't have a tan option) I am sooo spoiled right now because of all the fun treats I bought over the holidays: raw food bars (many brands), raw mac nuts, dried Turkish figs.
A couple nights ago I couldn't sleep because I had wheatgrass juice, and it was like rocket fuel! I danced around the house, made herb dressing, zuchinni pasta with creamy bell pepper sauce, researched blenders online, since mine started smoking after the dressing and pasta sauce (am I nuts enough to spend $400 on a Vitamix or Blendtec? Not quite, but getting close) and then could not sleep until 5 am. During these 5 hours of wheatgrass induced insomnia, (when I should have run a marathon or paraglided off the roof, instead of just staring at the ceiling), I pondered important issues. Like, do my jeans from 5 years ago still fit? Maybe I should go try them on right now. Which bikinis should I order next for my bikini business? What are my thoughts on gold metallic micro thongs? Buy now or wait? And, should I make vanilla bars with the blueberries I bought? If so, should I add shredded coconut? Hmmm, deep thoughts like that lasted for 5 hours. Today, I am still wired, and am busy selling bikinis and cleaning house. I also need to plant one wheatgrass tray and one tray of sunflower greens. This farming & gardening business is high maintainence, whew!

1/8/08 Bottoms, Bosoms, and Men Who Love My Mannequin
Hi everybody! Wow, 2 posts in one week. I'm all jabbery & chattery this week! A very good friend of mine just started her own business, designing pasties especially for breast cancer survivors, and I'm going to be making a website for her, as well as doing photography and selling her pasties on my bikini site. It's been really exciting, her pasties are beautiful, and I'll link to them soon. I am too shy (blush) to wear pasties myself, even though I sell tons on my site, but I do wish someone would design pasties that cover your entire breast, like a stick on strapless bikini top, for us slightly more modest types. That would be really fun! Like when mermaids wear starfish? Something like that. I photographed all her lovely pasties on my trusty mannequin.
A few weeks back, I was zooming through Laguna Beach on the back of a motorcycle, and I almost got whiplash from trying to stare at a huge breasted mannequin in one of the bikini shops on Pacific Coast Highway. Whoa! Never has a mannequin looked this good or been this well endowed. Like a Mannequin SuperModel. Amazon tall, with a sassy blond wig, teensy waist, shockingly large bosom, sporting a skimpy little cherry red bikini. I need a mannequin that looks like that! If I had her, or one of her sisters, I could sell any article of clothing on earth. Although, and this is so Nutty, I did happen across some guy who had posted a picture of my Mannequin in a forum, and was saying how hot she is. (Bless her heart, she's just a hard working headless, armless, tan piece of hollow plastic with a great booty) That's Very worrisome! Oh dear, that's a sign of being way too cyber dependent, among other things. Yikes!!
The bikini line I carry has all their titillating new spring/summer styles, and they are soooo cute. A little on the lingerie side, but really unique & pretty. I'm very twitterpated, because I'm going to buy a special annual beach parking pass very soon, so I can park at all the California state beaches for free, all year long, instead of paying $10 every time. Yay!! So I'll be all set, with my boat loads of new bikinis, my parking pass, my zinc oxide sunscreen, and my beach umbrellas, ha! Hopefully, no bored paparazzi will zoom in for a close up picture of my butt in super high resolution from a mile away. Sigh, these poor celebrities!! Not that anyone would actually photograph me or my butt at the beach, but it does strike fear into my heart imagining it.

1/2/08 Happy New Year!!
Happy NEW YEAR!! I hope you all had wonderful, beautiful, and magical holidays! NEW Winter Beach PICTURES HERE! And BRAND NEW funny video "Global Worming" Here! I had a super fun Christmas & New Years. For the entire holiday, my friend and I went to as many different beaches as possible. Before Christmas, we went to Laguna Beach. On Christmas Eve, we watched the sunset at Corona Del Mar. On Christmas Day, we rode the motorcycle down to the pier in San Clememte. I love that beach! It's so beautiful and it goes on forever. We caught the sunset there too. After Christmas, we took a whole day, and started at Redondo Beach, and drove down the coast, stopping at lots of pretty places along the way. After that, I went to Palm Springs to visit friends & family, and went on a really cool hike. My wonderful relatives picked tons of ripe grapefruit, tangelos, and lemons for me. Yum!! On the way out there, I also stopped at my favorite fruit market, Dowlings, to load up on even more citrus. So I've been juicing like crazy! And for New Year's Day, we went on a big motorcycle ride through Huntington Beach, Bolsa Chica, and Sunset Beach. There were a lot of people at the Huntington pier! It's always crowded there. For Christmas I got many fun, pink, sparkly things, and also yummy things, like gogi berries, and also a bird of paradise tree for the yard, and several herbs. Let's see if I can grow an herb garden! Yay!! Have a spectacular week, everybody!

12/18/07 Happy Holidays!!
Hi everybody! I hope you are all having a fun & relaxing, non-stressful pre-holiday week! NEW HAWAII PICTURES HERE! We have 2 new funny videos that will hopefully be up in a week or so. I spent all of last week whipping up recipe after recipe in the kitchen! I made raw cacao peppermint brownies & coconut brownies, strawberry cookies, cherry cookies, blueberry cookies, pizza bites, veggie flax crackers, and lots of creamy carrot dressing. Yum!! The brownies, cookies, and crackers I took to an amazing raw food party I went to over the weekend. It was sooo fun, and everyone brought such fantastic salads, fruit, treats and desserts. We all got our very own young coconut too! And there was durian, one of my favorite things. Someone had made perhaps the best cake I've ever tasted in my entire life. It was a big, dense white layer cake made from soaked almonds and vanilla, with layers of thick yummy white frosting. Almond extract? Agave? Sigh, I don't know the recipe. But I will be spending time in the kitchen trying to recreate that divine taste and texture!
Someone else brought pieces of Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, from Nude Foods (I think they're in Santa Monica), and whoa!!! Unbelievable. You'd never guess it was raw & vegan. Sooo creamy!! There was also a huge pile of gorgeous decadent cacao fudge with raspberries, from I just found out, Terra Bella Cafe in Redondo Beach. Oh my gosh!!! The best fudge Ever. Sigh. It's probably a good thing that nothing I've ever made has turned out tasting *that* spectacular, because I would probably eat it continuously and puff up into a big giant blimp, ha!! I finally bought an automatic sprouter, so it's sprouts, micro greens, wheatgrass, and veggie juice for me!! You can read more about my raw food adventures & my Secret (ok, not so secret) Love Affair with leafy greens Here! Have a magical wonderful week everyone, and be kind to all Animals & Bugs!

12/6/07 My Crush on Kiefer
Hi everybody! BRAND NEW FUNNY VIDEO Logical Fruit Here!! Are you all getting ready for the Holidays? I've finished most of my Christmas shopping, all online, because I hate to shop. Except for buying fruit and bikinis from my own store! I am excited because I think I got some really neat presents for everybody this year, hopefully they will really like them. All I asked Santa for are bikinis (of course), goji berries & raw cacao. And just in case Santa forgets, I bought some for myself. Do you know Amazon.com is a truly wonderful place to buy all kinds of exciting treats? It's where I buy all my favorite raw organic food bars (like Larabars), hempseed oil, cacao, gojis and more. It's sooo much cheaper than the health food store! Whew! Last night, I whipped up a late night raw cacao smoothie with frozen bananas, raw almond butter & raw tahini, raw cacao nibs, raw cacao powder, agave nectar, a little water, a dash of salt and Oh. My. Gosh!! It was so heavenly, smooth, creamy and divine. I drank it and watched some season 2 "24", compliments of Netflix. (I've never watched it on tv)
Afterwards, my friend & I googled the dashing Kiefer S. and discovered he lives in a giant warehouse 1/2 acre long. Wow!! How incredibly Cool is that?? I've Always wanted to live in a warehouse (if not a tree house) so I could do cartwheels inside, ride my unicycle, hang a rope swing from the ceiling and swing around, have an enormous kitchen with fruit everywhere, and rollerblade from one end to the other. This Totally Titillating news, coupled with the caffeine from my cacao shake immediately launched me into a long & energetic Bikini Fashion show, where I tried on at least 20 swimsuits & mini dresses before collapsing into bed at 1 am. Kiefer & raw cacao, what a combo! Sigh. I bet his warehouse is SO cool inside. Hopefully he got the pink sparkly letter I sent him in jail, and hopefully he opened it, even though he gets 100 fan letters everyday. Kiss, kiss, Kiefer!!

You can read more about my latest juicing adventures & recipes Here. Have a great day everybody!

Happy Monday everybody! NEW Hawaii Pictures here! I've been sooo busy buying all my new bikinis for next season, editing pictures, and updating my bikini site with all the new styles. Do you know that all of next summer's swimsuits come out in the fall? It seems funny, doesn't it? This past weekend I did manage to break away from bikini mania long enough to take a super fun motorcycle ride up the coast and to go to the beach at low tide and see lots of beautiful tide pools. There were so many pink & purple sea anemones in the crystal clear water, plus sea urchins, sea grass, and a couple starfish too. It was gorgeous! So magical. It made me wish I was a mermaid. It's my friend Robin's birthday today, so Happy Birthday Robin! And have a very Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Remember...save a turkey, go veggie!

NEW Hawaii Pictures here! And BRAND NEW FUNNY VIDEO, "Ready For Football?" here! I hope you all had a very fun Halloween! I got to go to Knott's Berry Farm's Haunted Halloween and it was SO FUN. Oh my gosh, I had the best time ever. We got there early, and it wasn't too crowded yet. I loved walking through ghost town in the dark! There were all kinds of scary ghouls & ghosts looming in the smoke and shadows and roaming around jumping out at unsuspecting people! Like me, I was quite unsuspecting most of the time. Ha! I dragged my friend on 9 out of the 12 mazes, and we saw fire dancers and two other amazing shows! We went on a couple rides, but the best part for me was the haunted mazes and just running around the park at night. Sooo spooky!! Very Exciting. We stayed for 5 hours, and I could have gone back 10 more times I think. Happy Monday everyone!

It's been a very sad, stressful & crazy week here in California. Unless you've been living in an underground cave, you probably read that southern California has been ravaged by enormous, devasting wildfires that have been burning out of control all week. They started last Sunday, when the Santa Ana winds blew so powerfully I thought every tree would snap in half. Soon there were 12 huge wildfires burning from Malibu to San Diego. In my neighborhood alone, I watched huge leaping flames and long lines of fire burning on hillsides, 100 ft. flaming infernos in the foothills, and black/orange smoke clouds that covered the whole sky. There have been firemen & helicopters here all week. We watched a helicopter landing and taking off several times last evening, just 50 yards away from us, getting water from a fire engine to dump on the fire a short distance away. Earlier this week I saw 8 fire engines and countless fire fighters fighting towering orange flames from people's backyards, when the entire canyon below was on fire.
Today, helicoptors have been flying overhead non-stop all day, carrying water buckets to the fire. There are ashes littering the ground. My heart goes out to all the people who lost their homes, possessions or pets in these fires. And I am so sad to think of all the wildlife that must have died in the flames, or from smoke fumes. I was hiking around in the charred wreckage of blackened cactus and scorched earth the other day, and saw a lone bunny rabbit hop from one dead cactus to another, hiding. I don't know what these animals will find to eat now. There's so much wildlife in all the foothills that burned. Rabbits, deer, mountain lions, snakes, birds, lizards. All the fire fighters are heroes and we owe our homes & safety to them. They have been fighting all these fires all week, with hardly any sleep, because of severely limited resources.
I hope you all have a Spectacular, Safe & Spooky Halloween! And please keep your Black Cats inside. It's true! All the animal shelters agree, black cats, sadly, are not safe around Halloween. BRAND NEW Southern California SUNSET BEACH Pictures here! And a Special HALLOWEEN VIDEO here.

5 BRAND NEW FUNNY VIDEOS here!! Yes, FIVE!! These are more videos that I filmed in Hawaii with my friends, except for Muscle Beach, which was filmed here in Ca. And BRAND NEW Southern California SUNSET BEACH Pictures here! I've been ultra busy lately, frantically trying to sell out all of last year's bikinis so I can buy the new spring bikinis. Right now I don't have any more space for new inventory. Drat! The new suits are So Spectacular, which is why I'm totally twitterpated about them and can't wait to order a whole bunch!
Besides Bikini Mania, I've been going to beach and also making lots of raw vegan flaxseed crackers and other treats. I made almond cookies, apricot brownies, and today I'm making chocolate mint truffles. It's been such a gorgeous Indian Summer here so far, super sunny & warm every single day, with brilliant blue skies. I've been hiking up giant hills around here, almost every day. I think it's my favorite type of workout, walking up very steep enormous hills. Whew!
In some very sad news, my completely Beloved highschool drama coach and very, very dear friend, Thais, passed away last week at the age of 93. Thais and I had so many wonderful times together, having tea, thrift store shopping, and laughing together. We had a very special friendship ever since I was in highschool. Thais, I will love you forever!!

For those who like to run on the beach, it's a dream! You can just keep on running! Happy Full Moon Tuesday everybody! More Brand NEW HAWAII Bikini Pictures here! It was a very fun, sparkling, sunny weekend, I got to go on a motorcycle ride along the beautiful California coast. We drove to Naples, a super fun town with a gorgeous long gleaming white stretch of beach. They were having a Hawaiian festival, with cute little white tents set up on the sand! I knew some of the hula moves to one of the songs the Hawaiian band was playing because my roommate in Hawaii was an excellent hula dancer and taught me a few dances. (I was a bit of a spaz) I did not show off these hula moves however, because I was wearing all my motorcycle gear. My enormous (hand me down) clown-like motorcycle pants are size XXL, so I waddle around like a penguin in them. Just great for my biker chick image! Ha! It was also a Fruit Fiesta weekend, and I loaded up on tons more lychees, mangos and frozen coconut milk from the Asian store. I'll have LOTS more Hawaii Bikini pictures (thank you Danny & Robin!!) and New Videos soon!! Enjoy the full moon everyone, and be kind to all animals and bugs.

Hi everybody, more Brand NEW HAWAII PICTURES here! And 2 Brand New funny videos, about the Hawaiian Pirate King Here! My super talented, adventuresome, completely fabulous, and totally FUN friends in Hawaii made all these super photos and videos possible. The superb Danny Hashimoto (coconut master, dolphin swimmer, and maker of the most divine raw vegan fruit salads, pesto and chocolate mousse Ever!) filmed the Pirate King videos, and the excellent Robin Marshall, so funny & talented, amazing physical comedian (who can whip together a decadent impromtu salad in seconds flat) makes an incredible pirate! They both took all the terrific Hawaii pictures you see, along with my amazing friends Kenny, (sailor, adventurer, who fed me lots of huge mangos and garden fresh salads), Bob, (who is a super hiker, very funny, and a gourmet) Diana (my beach buddy, hot mama, and raw cracker maker extraordinaire), Nathan (rapper, dancer, and always up for fun), and Captain Don (sailor, and fearless jumper off cliffs).
My magnificent $300 island car you see below, which I will love forever, I bought from my dazzling friend Jasmine. I adore this car, and had many speedy adventures in it! I drove all around the island, always with a lot of fruit in the backseat. I had the most wonderful roommates in the entire world, who were so kind and super fun. And let me keep mountains of fresh fruit in my room! Plus Jay, who let me pick bags and bags of lychees, mangos, grapefruit & oranges up on his breath taking property. Dan, who took me dancing, knee boarding and inner tubing in the river & to the Drag Races. My gorgeous friend Jessi, (who has been one of my very best friends for years and has the world's Cutest little girl EVER), bought me lots of fruit and we had so much fun running around together. And my brilliant friend James kept me up on all the local gossip and played me many of his new songs. My ravishing, super fun friend April, who took me horse back riding through a magical noni forest and gave me tons of mangos. Lovely, luminous Emily, who was so fun to eat salads with, and an inspiration. There are so many more friends that made my time there really special. A great big THANK YOU to all my Fantastic Friends in Hawaii for making my stay there so fabulously exciting & spectacular!

Meanwhile, it's been searingly, blazingly hot here in southern Ca., so I went to the beach both days this weekend. It was Jam Packed! Got a few bikini photos & new videos, but had a huge audience, even in the most secluded place we could find, by the tidepools. And a herd of small children, like ducklings, kept wandering into every shot. Oh well, nothing like those gorgeous empty beaches in Hawaii! But what can I expect, it's southern Ca. in the summer! I'm just spoiled by Hawaii now, ha! Got to ride the motorcycle down the coast on Sun., and that was very fun. Plus I bought tons & tons of big mangos, frozen coconut milk from the asian market, and fresh black figs. Yum!! Have a fabulous day everyone, and more pictures & videos coming soon!

Plus more Hawaii Pictures Here, And Brand NEW funny video Hindu Helper Here! It was Amazing, Spectacular, Wildly Gorgeous and so Fun there. I have extremely wonderful & fabulous friends there, many of them also Raw Foodists, and we all had so much fun going to farmers markets, having sunset and full moon raw food picnics on the beach, hiking, going to parties, dancing, going to all the beaches, eating Lots of the incredible locally grown fruit and greens, and running all over the island having lots of adventures. I have a faint tan line that no one can see but me. Everyone says I'm imagining it, but it's there, really it is! I wore loads of zinc oxide sunscreen, an enormous pink hat, and a huge sun protective cover-up most of the time. So I looked like a fruit loop, but what else is new.
Whew, that tropical sun in Intense! Especially with global warming. Hawaii is hotter than it ever used to be, especially in the summer. Thank goodness for the trade winds! It was so hot in my car that most of my sunscreen melted off before I even got where I was going! There was no air conditioning in the terrific $300 car I bought myself. I think I was the most blindingly white person on the entire island. Mmmm, I ate soooo many local sunrise papayas, guavas, mountain apples, mangos, avocados, lychee, apple bananas, fresh coconuts, and lots of fresh organic greens. I will have new Hawaii videos very soon, and Tons and tons more Hawaii pictures coming, including about a million bikini pictures!
